For 25 years, I have coached all levels of gymnastics and helped adults achieve levels they never thought possible!
- Competed at Worlds 3x, Pan American Games 3x, and Olympic events 2x

Jenny Woudenberg
A tall, late 30s mom of two who started taking adult classes after a 27-year break—and gymnastics has never been more fun! I organize the logistics and am your point person for all retreats. I have been doing this as my career for years, so I'm thrilled to bring all my passions together: gymnastics, travel, adventure, and building community for adult gymnasts around the world!
Coach Crystal
I'm an Olympian, 2 x World Champion team member, and still competing at an Elite level at age 40 and as a mom of two! I started gymnastics at age 5, and I am never leaving! I currently coach adults at ALTA Gymnastics Club in Halifax, Canada, and judge meets. I'm well known for my unique, eye-catching moves and creative floor choreography.
