For the first few days, we will stay in a swanky hotel in the heart of it all and train where Iceland's top gymnasts train!
City exploring and amazing gymnastics training (structured classes) on repeat. Learn more via the gym's website and Instagram. It's fully equipped with every apparatus, mats, pitts, trampolines, etc.
The Golden Circle: A Mythical World To Explore
The next few days will be packed with horseback riding, chasing waterfalls, handstand workshops, breathwork, acro-yoga, natural hot springs, hiking in mind-blowing national parks, and so much more!
The Coast: The World-Famous Blue Lagoon & Otherworldly Volcano Beaches
We will end the trip with The Blue Lagoon—a geothermal world wonder—and explore volcanic black sand beaches. It will be like nothing you have ever experienced before...all while working on your nature back handsprings!

For 25 years, I have coached all levels of gymnastics and helped adults achieve levels they never thought possible!
My love of gymnastics has taken me to:
- Coached Cirque du Soleil performers
- Competing at Worlds, Pan American Games, and Olympic events
- Being part of the National Canadian Gymnastics Team for 15 years
- Coaching all levels of gymnastics as an NCCP Certified Gymnastics Coach.
- Teaching and leading breathwork, meditation, and sound bath

What is included in the total payment?
Our goal is for you to book the trip, pack gymnastics clothes and a swimsuit for geothermal pools, and not have to worry about anything else!

Your total payment includes:
- All gymnastics practices with Coach Hugh at a world-class gym.
- All accommodation. Swanky, nice, and unique places across Southern Iceland. All rooms are shared, but you will always have your own bed.
- All breakfasts and travel snacks.
- All lunches.
- All transportation and gas during the retreat. The van has Wifi!
- Blue Lagoon day package.
- Horseback riding in The Golden Circle.
- Entrance into National Parks and other incredible places around The Golden Circle.
- Daily yoga/acro-yoga/meditation/sound bath/breathwork/tapping, etc., sessions and gymnastics workshops (on an AirMat!) in nature.
- Swag bag.
- Airport drop off.

What is NOT included:
- Your flight to Iceland.
- Optional: Travel insurance. Iceland gyms do NOT provide insurance, so we suggest getting your own to cover injury at the gym and throughout the rest of your trip.
- Airport pick up (but we can pick you up for a small fee).
- Dinners.
- Your passport.
- Alcohol.

You can pay all at once or in two installments of $1,445
Iceland is known for its beauty but also its high costs. At $2,890, we’ve worked hard to make this retreat as reasonable as possible for such an unforgettable experience!
The down payment is due at the time of booking, and the final payment is due before March 31st. See below for instructions on making your payments. (Make sure to pay via the Iceland options, not Cancun.)
There are no refunds, but you can sell your spot to a friend or if we have people on a cancellation list.
