Gymnastics: Training powered by Arizona Sunrays, the premier adult gymnastics club in Phoenix, with coaching led by Hugh and many other amazing coaches who will be coaching/spotting. You will be divided into small groups for training. The gym only has women's equipment.
Circus: Explore new ways to move your body with a session at the AZ Circus Center, doing trapeze, lyra, and silks!
Be Part Of The USA Championships
We will watch the championships together with a few surprise elite friends, and you will have a special pass to the tradeshow!
Boat Ride, Pool Club & Surf Lagoon
Obviously, all of our retreats include something wildly "extra!" In Phoenix, we will spend the day at the Revel Surf and Pool Club! Yep, a surf in the desert, relax on white sand beaches, and float in vibey pool club! We will take a sunset boat ride around Tempe Town Lake!

For 25 years, I have coached all levels of gymnastics and helped adults achieve levels they never thought possible!
- Competed at Worlds 3x, Pan American Games 3x, and Olympic events 2x
- Part of the National Canadian Gymnastics Team for 15 years
- Official Cirque du Soleil coach
- NCCP Certified Gymnastics Coach
- Certified life coach and personal trainer
- Breathwork, meditation, and sound bath facilitator

I'm a tall, mid-30s mom of two who started taking adult classes after a 27 year break—and gymnastics has never been more fun! I am organizing the logistics of this retreat because this is something I have done as a career, and now I get to host the retreats of my wildest dreams!

- 8 hours of small group gymnastics training powered by Arizona Sunrays, the premier adult gymnastics club in Phoenix

What is NOT included in the total payment?
- All transportation, meals, and accommodation.
- Surf lessons and cabana rentals at Revel.

Before the Malta retreat, I had only done gymnastics a few times in my life, but the retreat was everything and more!
