Cancun Feb. 2027: Sunny Beach Living & Gymnastics!
THREE retreat options to pick from!
This year, you can pick one of three retreats or attend them all! All retreats will be at the same house and gym.
- Feb. 3-7: Inner Circle Retreat. This family reunion is for Inner Circle retreaters only (everyone who has previously attended a retreat). Includes free massage and ticket to JOYA, Cirque du Soleil show.
- Feb. 7-10: The Classic Cancun Retreat. This retreat is for anyone who wants beach time, wellness workshops, and gymnastics training in Cancun.
- Feb. 11-16: Intensive Retreat, led by Hugh. This will be 2x trainings a day, nutrition and meal prep sessions, mindset work, and 2 days of recovery in glorious Talum. (Tickets will go on sale soon!)
The Gym: Cancún Gymnastics •CGA•
Adult gymnastics training sessions at one of the top gyms in Mexico! It has all men's and women's equipment, and it is part of the Cedar Cancun Codeq complex. We will be renting out the entire gym for our small-group training sessions.
Accommodation: Home next to the beach!
We will all stay together in a gorgeous home in a beachside complex with pools and tennis courts, and it is in the heart of downtown Cancun! The beach in front of the complex is Playa Ballenas, the top beach in Cancun!
A total mind-body-soul refresh for the adult gymnastics lover!
You just need to show up! We can provide all transportation, friends, world-class training and wellness, and a beachy getaway in the dead of winter! You deserve a break from working, raising kids, and shoveling snow—

Coach Hugh
For 25 years, I have coached all levels of gymnastics and helped adults achieve levels they never thought possible!
My love of gymnastics has taken me to:
- Official Cirque du Soleil Coach
- Competing at Worlds 3x, Pan American Games 3x, and Olympic events 2x
- Part of the National Canadian Gymnastics Team for 15 years
- All-Around Canadian Champion 3x
- Coaching all levels of gymnastics as an NCCP Certified Coach.
- Teaching and leading breathwork, meditation, and sound baths

What is included in the total payment?
Our goal is for you to book the trip, get a plane flight with points, pack gym clothes and swimsuits, and not have to worry about anything else!
Your total payment includes:
- All gymnastics practices, coached by world-class coaches in small groups
- All meals except one dinner, as stated above.
- Your room and access to tennis courts, pools, and the beach
- One in-house massage and one Cirque du Soleil JOYA show ticket (Inner Circle only)
- All transportation to the gym and other adventures
- Opening ceremony
- Daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, personal development, etc. sessions.
- Recovery station in the house
- Transportation and house insurance
- A few extra surprises!
What is NOT included:
- Your flight
- Travel/injury insurance
- Your passport
- Alcohol

Bedroom 1: 1 king bed & full bathroom
Prices:
- One person in the room: $2,550
- Two people sharing the room (you must sign up together): $1,950 (per person)
Payments are nonrefundable. However, if for some reason you cannot attend, you can sell your spot to a friend or someone on the waiting list. If you are late on a payment, you will be charged $50 extra per week.
Bedroom 2: 2 double-size beds & full bathroom
Prices:
- Two people in the room (one person per bed): $1,750 (per person)
- Two people sharing a bed in a four-person room (you must sign up with the person you are sharing a bed with): $1,400
- Four people sharing the room coming as a group, two people per bed (you must sign up together): $1,300 (per person)
